Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #213

At first glance, I was going with my default coffee stain for this sketch challenge... and then thought it wasn't very creative!  I asked Sean what he thought the sketch looked like... and his response 'a coffee stain.'  Original.  He then said, 'a car doing a u-turn'.

I was going through my stamps and found these little guys from Lawn Fawn and decided to flip the sketch upside down.  I did a modified shaker card with Tule instead of an acrylic window - inspiration from Jennifer McGuire.  It keeps the card lighter and less bulkier.  And who knew... but there is glitter Tule out there!  That will be for another project though.

The 'Love' is a die cut from Winne and Walter.

I hope you enjoy Sketch #213!  Get your craft on!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #211

Welcome back to another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #211 and Happy Mother's Day!

I had to break out the Brother Scanncut to make the Zig Zag pattern welded with a circle.  The flowers are a Memory Box Die cut that I glued all the little pieces together.

The Mother's Day Stamp is from Lawn Fawn.  The circle ring is from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

I hope you join us this week and to all the mom's out there - Happy Mother's Day!  Anyone interested in joining the challenge, the deadline is Sunday night.

Baby shower invitation!

Bows!  It wasn't the focal point for this card but it did unlock the invitation to an upcoming baby shower!  I had a blast designing this card with the Mimi to be!

This card has been entered in the 4 Crafty Chicks Bow Challenge!
