Happy Spring? Maybe not, since I'm in New England for the 3rd Nor'Easter in two weeks! Thank you to Broken Fairy Designs for sponsoring this challenge. The image I selected is Pretty Hat. My mom said it reminded her of the Red Hat Ladies, or something like that.
The background is from My Favorite Things. I embossed in white and then used distress inks to color in the background. The dress is colored in with Spectrum Noir Glitter Markers and a white gel pen.
